ANYONE KNOW WHY EVERY TIME I PRESS A BUTTON ON MY EUROVOX CONTROLLER IT GOES TO LANGUAGE SELECT THEN FREEZES?

is it a brand new eurovox you have ie has the controller worked fine in the past or is this your first time using it?. was thinking if it was new it was perhaps not the right one for your box, if it was working before try changing batteries just in case.

i have had the box and controller for a while and never had any problems before this ,i changed the batteries just incase but still doing the same

is it pretty straight forward to install?

YES, m8, it quite simple. You will need a null modem cable or a USB pen drive, depending on what model box you have.
Read the instructions carefuly before you begin.
