please help with eurovox ex 51000 codes.

hi can anyone please tell me what i have to do to get up the menu to type in the eurovox ex 5100 codes?thank you

There are no codes for nagra 2. You can't get the channels that way, sorry.

If you still want to keep the box, you can load the latest firmware and you will get most of the channels temporarily, as i already said, just not the movies, sports and pron. You will find the firmware in the downloads section, but personally i would check and see if they will take the box back before you load anything on it. If you do load firmware, they definitely won't take it back.

A lot of the people posting on here are in the UK, so their situation is different to ours, the eurovox is still working perfectly there as nagra 2 hasn't been rolled out there yet.

Mine is an Itgate TGM220, not sure if they are still selling them anymore or not, google satkings.org and they will advise you on best model to get, price etc. Price is a bit more expensive than other boxes, but they have a lot more features. As i said you will get a kryptview or an sv4 for around ?90 sterling, Itgates probably are ?120 up.

Sorry for jumping in. But on your first thread you stated that you where in Southern Ireland. But you never stated where you in an exNTL or exChorus area or where you on cable or MMDS?

Which part of Ireland are you in ?

Sorry liverpool, i gave you wrong info, i should have asked you who your provider was, i just automatically thought you were ntl. The Eurovox will work fine in your area for the time being, they haven't converted to n2 yet.

You will find the files you need in the downloads section, have you got a Null Modem cable? And is your pc xp or vista?

Then you are fine just update the firmware and scan. Once you have a live cable connection.But as Evastar said if you are on MMDS you need a different box.

thanks guys,i know sumtin was up with ur info evastar cos a couple of my friends have the boxes nd work fine,i just thought they may have lied to me .i have a null modem cable can you tell me exaclty what to do or is there instructions when i go to downloads section.Thank for clearing things up satsmo.

No problem but I think Eva has it from here as I happen to know she is quite up on all boxes in all areas of Ireland, as I know one or two of her friends both in the UK and Ireland.

m8, everything U need is in the downloads section. Have a good read of the instructions before you begin, it will explain how to connect your box, how to flash and how to scan.
If U get stuck anywhere, then post your question and someone will advise you.
