hi all just downloaded the latest firmware to my pc and laptop tried to update my box but it just says "waiting for the response of your reciever" any ideas?
this is the first time ive tried to do this so i may be doing something wrong and the latest codes are not working for me so i think its time to get the box updated

u need 2 put ya box on standby

load ya loader

press download

then turn ya box on m8

just tried it in that order mate and it aint working

Turn OFF the power to the box and run the softwa*e, when U get the message, then turn ON the power to the box.

tried that aswell and still no joy
before going anyfurther alls i need is the correct firmware and nothing else? ive got the right lead aswell (null) from maplin order code L71BT

when i click download it says com3 and start, when i click start it says reciever not detected and gives me a list of com ports to which it will only let me use one which is com 3??????????
