Eurovox Max V missing channels!!!

Hi All,
Sky Sports 1 and may be other channels do not seem to pick up on the scan. I have the latest firmware on my Eurovox Max V 2008 box. I have re-scanned with fast install and with deep install and still nothing!!! Network is V***** M**** so scan rate is 6952.
I normally clear data - delete all channels - then fast install.
Can somebody please help!!!!

have u tried a factory reset before a deep scan, also remove splitters before a scan

Thanks m8. Did a factory reset, uploads the latest fix again n got the channel back. Hopefully it will stay this time. Thank u Dk for your help.
