ex1000 all channels gone!!!!HELP PLEASE!!!!

my ex1000 has lost all channels.iv just done a scan and it finds nothing dont have a clue whats happened.can anybody help please?

do you pay for a digtial connection ,if not then you may have been cut off, if you do check your cable feed ,or there may be work in your area ,try another box if you can

did you do a factory reset b4 you rescanned m8

my bad are lass has been cleaning and the cable feed came out the silly cow she is.......thanks for your help fellas

also when i do a scan im getting 2 of each channel,anybody know how to stop this

Hello mate, try transponder: 6.952 - should work... if not pop back on this form and other experts will help you.

do a factory reset m8 then rescan

***bigt*** When U do a full scan U will pick up double channels, just go into menu system and deleate the duplicate channels.
