eurvox max v no signal

my eurovox max v has come up saying no signal and the green light at the front is flashing on and off tried to put frmware on it again and re scan channels now it has nothing the scan is bringing up about 100 channels but no names and just no signal on screen is my box goosed or am I doing something wrong. Any help on this matter would be much appreciated. The box is about a year and a half old could this be the problem

I'm with V M Glasgow but I've got broadband and another ariel that is working fine so that makes me think the box might be gubbed

try a direct cable feed, factory reset then a scan
