Permission to Download Eurovox EX5100 Firmware

Hi,

Just purchased a Eurovox EX5100. Unfortunately being new to the forum i dont have the permission to download the firmware for the box.

Would it be possible to gain permission. It would be most appreciated.

hi thanks everyone for ur kind help! does anyone no y my comp says no 'no com port' wen downloading? wont let me run or open file.... am having a nightmer with this at min any help wud b very much appreciated, thanks
