what to do when channels are scrambled

hi guys been using eurovox for about a month and has been great but i get some channels scrambled from time to time

whats the best thing to do

channel update? rescan? reset setting and rescan?

just wondering its just every day s*y premier is scrambled and i have been rescanning to watch it

push info twice on the scrambled channel remember the frequency number ie 642.00 go to user installation pin (0000) go to frequency push ok it will put a tick next to the frequency then push manal scan this is alot faster than a full scan.hope this helps
