no/ bad signal on channels

hi there had a problem the last few days been loosing channels sky prem kept going scrambled so i kept rescaning it frequency but yest bbc bbc2 itv sky sports 2 sky prem and a few others disappeared so rescaned and they still didnt appear so performed a deep scan which has found them but has no/ bad signal
been scaning with no splitter but still no joy, need help the i live south east england on band 6952

frequencies

prem is 546
bbc 1 & 2 570
channel 4 514

these are the ones gone

i have been using for 2 months no problems till now

is it the people at the big V doing this

Yes m8 quite a few people having the same problem.
U need to do a factory reset before scanning this then should bring the channels back.

they came back on yest with me doing nothing but now there off again, i ve tried scaning and reseting
would a booster help
