Help me please

Hi everyone im new here my name is Claire, i have been redirceted here for help witrh my eurovox, im gettin no channels at all, ive been told it may need reflashing, so any help would be greatly appreciated many thanks

Hi Claire

Can you tell us first of all which model is your eurovox. You will need to flash it with the latest firmware to be able to receive all the channels.

Can you receive the freeview channels?

Hi - Let's start with the silly questions :
1. Do you subscribe to any Tv or BB with your provider?
If not you may have been disconnected in the box in the street

2. Where are you?
Eurovoxes in Ireland have stopped working and there is no fix as yet.

3. Is the feed in in the correct Aerial feed?
Top right of box.

4. Which Eurovox do you have & has it worked in the current location before?

Answer these and either myself or someone will be able to help you further

Hi all yes the box has been working for about a year now, its just gone off i havent touched anything, and no the freeview channels dont work on it either, i have a euromax v hope that hells you all and you all help me LOL

Any lights on the display?

try flashing your box with this Digital Kaos - Downloads - Eurovox Max V 8% Signal Fix. then do a rescan

ive rescanned it and nothing happened, as for reflashing it wont let me download it on here not enuff points or something

Can you change channels? - What shows on the Tv screen?
Does the box turn on/off

Can download from here once you have been a member for 30min
