Can't find BBC HD anymore

Got the Eurovox 7000 now for a few weeks with the latest sw installed via USB and worked fine so far.
Lost some channels so did a rescan which did bring them back again.
Now i can't find the BBC HD channel anymore.

Hope you guys have any idea on how to solve this.
The transponder where this stream is on would also be helpfull.
I live in the Essex area (VM).

Any help would be very welcome.

do a deep scan, it'll probably have been renamed/moved.

1stly did you delete all chans b4 you scanned & did you try deep scan

Yes i did a deep scan on all chamles were deleted before the scan's

does hd chan run all time coz i think it only picks them up when there being broadcast(but not sure)

Never come on at night after 6pm

lo there , try channel 0-1650 for bbc hd

Sorted it in the end, the frequency is 371
