hi all i have just recieved my ex7000 hd+ and all i am getting on most channels is scrambled channel only the odd one like bbc is working any help please.

hi mate ive tried to do the download but it wont open it just says find or save and when i press find it just goes to windows to search for it but doesnt find anything

works for me. why click find? i can't even find where u'd click find. it downloads it to wherever u want

Firmware!

Try going to downloads/eurovox....download 210309.tbn ......transfer to flash stick.pop it in back of stb.....go to usb symbol on far right of menu....scroll down to file manager and download file (NOT upload)..when done takes a minute or two to initialise...finished

hi m8 i just got 1 to day i got in running np at all just trying 2 sort the channels out use the usb m8 put the flash file on usb put it in bk of box turn box off and bk on it do it for you

hi i recived mine today and trying to down load sofeware but i really don.t know were to start i was half way there and then my computer told me i need a tbn file before i can download help????

1) Download the file as listed by ManOfScience above.
2) Unzip the file, rename to flash.tbn and copy to a USB oen drive.
3) Connect USB drive to Eurovox and turn on from the main power switch on the back.
4) The box should automatically flash if not go into the menu. browse the USB and select the "download" option on flash.tbn

Once the box is correctly flashed you should be able to do a power scan.

If the box is flashed with the latest firmware then just do a scan using the correct symbol rate for your area/provider.

If box needs flashing, follow guide in above post.
