eurovox hd 7000 pvr problems

hi im using a 16gb usb stick formatted to fat32 and it will let me record one program but when i try n record another 1 it wont let me play back the file.
get an error msg cant play this file

have you tried formatting it in the box or computer ?

both mate.first i did it on comp then wen it started not workin did it on the box
