Something Strange Is Going On!

Hi guys,

I have a Ex5000PVR. Now I have noticed the codes have not been updated in a while. However, 4 times over the last month my codes have rolled BACK to what they were before I changed them last month.
I really hope that all made sense. Any ideas??

have you updated the box with latest firmware you should not need to put the codes in manauly

Not yet, I am actually waiting for my cable and stuff to be delivered so I know it won't be a problem when I get the new firmware. I just wondered why it does it, it's really annoying!
