Picture but no sound?

Hi everyone,

Can anyone help with this issue, getting picture fine but no sound.
TV's working fine as I double checked its ability to play sound via blueray player..all good there.

So I tried reseting the box to factory settings, re-scanning but no joy...

Have you made sure the scart lead is in ok also try a different lead and try the other scart output on box and tv.

Swapped scart cables & everythings sweet.
