rescanning Eurovox ex5100

I'm afraid i'm new at this so exuse my ignorance
looking at the threads there seems to be a good tutorial on dafault and scanning. As i have seemed to have had two of the sports channels scrambled do i have to reset to the factory default and power scan or can i just recan for those two channels?
please be gentle as i don't really know what i'm doing.

A rescan if that dont work redo the firmware if you have the latest and that should work if the rescan is to no avail ,

if you are unsure if firware for your box is upto date flash it with this m8 Digital Kaos - Downloads - UFL_EX5100PVR_DarX_16-01-09 then rescan for channels
