i was given their site by a friend who reccomends them...but i never used them though. only because i used a local shop 4 my box.

hi mate i used them a few times in the past for eurovox ex 5000 pvrs the speed of their delivery system is remarkable. last box i got though the firmware was out of date but it caused no problem as i updated it on here. overall they are very good and i would still go to them when i need more boxes.

I have placed an order on the 07th Jan, and until today there is no sign of delivery, emailed [email protected] and no reply the number given by paypal was also not working. I had a box before from them which was delivered OK after about 15 days voice went on it and I tried contacting them to return it, no luck there too.

I have paid ?5 for DHL express del as well yet no luck. !!

I don't know why I placed another order with them !! They do not have telephone support, i suggest use someone who has that facility just in case its taking ages..

In a way not getting boxes may be a good thing as long as paypal refund you. All boxes will be worthless in next couple of months when roll out of nagra 3 takes place.

PayPal wont get involved in a dispute over a faulty remote but if goods have not been sent I have found them very good. I got a refund on a counterfeit sony memory card and also for non delivery of car parts. As for a tel no or address I am sure vermin would love to know it as well, none of cable box suppliers give it for obvious reasons.
