ex7000 newbie

Hi everyone, ive managed to DL rename and install the new firmware for my new ex7000 however after the scanning screen finishes the full power scan screen appears all seem ok but the scan bar erratically moves up and down from 0% - 11% - 33% ive left it for some 5 mins now and its still doing it, any ideas please, many thanks.

you have to do a factory reset then do a full power scan make sure you use the right symbol rate for your area 6.887 or 6.952.
