eurovox ex 1000sl stange problem

Hi All

I seem to have a scart type problem
I've lost the picture but still have the sound

I re flashed it and it worked for about an hour then the picture went off

I've tried different scart leads, tv ect but still same problem

opened it up and no dry or broken joints but the scart sockets do move

Has anybody else had similar problems or can help

yes ive had a few returns recently with same problem you will need to return to your supplier as it must be a video chip problem

How much is the chip ?

Or can you buy a main pcb

Have you tried your box with another TV or checked the TV with terrestial aerial you may also try to check the TV setting on the "box" make sure you are set up for you TV before trying to find a fault with the box, just a though?
