now i don't know whether this little problem is me or the box? probably me by the sounds ov it......

when i press the red button on the remote for an auto sort all is good, but how do i store the channels once done, cauz when i press the OK button later all is back 2 square 1 again??

Have you tried using EXIT to come out of the menu instead of using the OK button. When you get to thje final exit it should say 'saving changes'.

Pretty sure thats how it works on the EX5100 anyway.

after factory reset and scan should show on screen ,wait for autosort,then they are sorted into various categories eg...sport documentaries and so on.
