ex7000 FW

Hi, would someone mind telling me if this is right?. When i DL the new FW for this machine to my pc desktop it looks like a white piece of paper with the top right hand corner folded over and is named flash_120309.rar do i just change the date to tbn or remove the whole name and replace with flash.tbn?

Thanks smoggy, im not sure why but im able to scan and find over 600 channels for most of them are scrambled, not sure either if this machine is excepting the new firmware as when i go into system info it says last update january!
