I had a lot of help from various people on here and would like to share my gratitude for that.
My problem was with the FW once i DL it but now it is all sorted. Once you have DL the FW for this machine you need to extract it (i used Winrar which can be DL for free) once extracted then change the name to flash.tbn and away you go.
