    OK, i get up to "trigger User" when i press this button i get the following
    Error, User Function did not return successfully.
    Any ideas?

        Which IRD model has it detected or did you select? Its dependent on which IC Flash ROM is on the box. I am not in front of one now so cannot look.

                Sorry I am not in front of one so going from memory. Can you select the IRD from the drop down? Have you also tried SkyMax as it is dependent on the chipset as said. JKeys is usually for Intel due to a sector lock.

                    yes you can select from the dropdown menu, ther is a lot to chose from.

                        Again this is from memory. Can you see DXD426RD (1 Chip-GLA) in your list? If so select it, if you are still having problems, try the model type just below that one. What does it say on the small IC (48 pin TSOP), beside the main processor?

                        I am going offline for a while and will try to take a look at one tonight. But hopefully you will have it sorted by then.

                                Hi,
                                I am still having trouble getting the tsop from my working ex1000sl, i can get to the user trigger button and i get the same error message, is there any other way of getting this tsop

                                    Hi,
                                    i have finally managed to get the working tsop and transfered it to by dead box, within 10 nmins it was up and running again. Just like to say thanks to everybody who helped me. i have also uploaded the ex1000sl TSOP ito the download section for anybody else who needs it.
