Audio commentary and recording

I have an EX7000 HD and im getting audio commentary on several channels, i know i can turn this off with the red button but it comes back on if you change channel. Is there any way to turn it off permanently cos if i set the pvr it will always record with the commentary and there is no way of turning this off when you are watching the recorded programme.

i get this prob every time i do a channel update what i do is take a cdf do a factory reset then a full power scan then put the cdf back on it seams to do the trick if you still get audio muck about and try a few things thats what i do.
