eurovox red 2007

hi there got a 2007 red eorovox max in hackney london since 2 days ago saying no signal so no channels
done a power scan cleared dat no joy

any ieas on what to do

Have you tried flashing your box or using keymaster

no ihave not tried flashing is that what i have to do and it is it normal to lose all signal and every channel how do i do that?

Also what is using keymaster
