new boy needs help

hi can anyone please help just got 7000 hd box and cant get up and running
ive put firmware on and scan as told to but nothing
im in nottms on pure
i can give you a call to talk through it if it is at all poss

Before scanning, did u factroy reset and use the correct symbol rate for your area?

im not sure as i dont know the rate for this area do you have it it could be a bit of help im a right virgin with this box mate

Not too sure m8 but try 6.887 and 6.952 one at a time. If everything else is ok then one of them will work. It will not do any harm if its the wrong one.

if your in pure as you say the symbol rate is 6.887 go to menu click factory reset then full power scan start at 339 stop at 755 sy 6.887 then blue btn scan

also do you need to change the file name at all
and do you have to extrct the rar file before putting it on to pen drive

Start and stop frequencies differ from area to area, even if you are both in pure areas. Your start and stop will work for pure in both your area and neighbouring areas.
