signal break up on only one frequency

Hi I've got a 5100 pvr
on one frequency 282 (itv ch4 ch4+1) I'm having signal problems but the rest of the frequency's work fine.
Any advice from anyone.

try adjustin the frequency in increments of 0.250 from 281000 to 283000 and see if any improvement

Cheers looks a lot better on 282750.
