BOX GUBBED SINCE OUTSIDE FAULT PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi all, As those of you living round about Glasgow will know, all the boxes were down yesterday with the message 'service unknown' everyones came back apart from mine! Checked & needed to put new codes in, done that still nothing! epg etc working fine, just no channels! please help!
Also, Im pretty new with all this so need a bit of an idiots guide!
