Well I have the opportunity of picking up a Eurovox ex1000 SL from a powerseller (who I found out only lives down the road) for ?80. He has already got the Dark software installed for me he said, so only a matter of plugging it in and 'searching' ? For all channels? Cheers, much appreciated.

How can I tell if it is genuine or not ? - As in is there anything noticeable on these slimline models or not?

i dont have one of these boxes so i dont know how to spot a clone but if it's working with all the channels i would take a chance if it goes all tits up i would just wip it stratight back round to him

its a good starter box probably not a clone for the price, but readilly available elsewhere 80-90 pounds.
