Channel TBN For N Manc (Ex C&W)

Does anyone happen to have the channel.tbn for north manchester..... finding it a real pain to sort channels.

Does anyone have the channel.tbn for Sheffield,
its a real nightmare getting the channels in order.

Alternativly any advice on how to use the channel editor, a tutorial would help me loads
