Eurovox 3 pin? or 2 pin?

Hi there,

Are eurovox's shipped (originals) with 3 pin adaptor or 2 pin? My source told me 3 pin, but I'm sceptical ? Please confirm this, picking one up today.

It has a 3 pin plug but uses only 2 wires. The eart is taken from the metal box itself.
