Hi,. some of my channels went yesterday, is there a way of getting them back, im in a ch....us area in ireland

Some MMDS areas in Ireland are changing over to DVB C. This may be the case with your area, if so the TX will not work anymore.

If you are just missing a few channels try a factory reset and rescan.

Go in menu>config>clear data>OK>000>factory reset>ok
Before starting the scanning, enter the correct symbol rate for your area.

after been told not to do a factory reset, not sure how i can get the channels ive lost back, is there an update button on remote or something, any help would be appreciated
