Lost BBC HD

Hi have lost bbc HD, initiallly the box said 'check signal' after this did a factory reset and a deep scan all channels found bar bbc HD thought that that it was on 371mhz but no quam found on that frequency any ideas or has V* got a problem/fault at the moment.

wot box have u got ? didnt know eurovox had a hd one
