EPG Time

Hi I've got the euro 7000 hd works fine picture great only problem I'm having is with the EPG time its always an hour out I have tried each of the settings in the time menu ie summertime on summer time off its set to the correct time zone. I know its going to be somat very simple,

once youve changed the time from within the menu settings to summertime then put box into stanbye and unplug power for 30 seconds then power back up.
