EuroVox EX 5000 HELP

Hi, I'm a newbie to this and need some pretty basic help.
I have the box and wish to know which is the best procedure to get my box configured, updated and showing me some channels.
Does anyone have the time to set out a step by step guide to help me?
If not is there already a thread where this info can be found?

have done that , when download is clicked it says no autosort, when iclick that it says waiting for response of your reciever.waited and waited about an hour ,nothing happened, any advice? thanks

need help. got ex5100. But when trying to record it goes throgh the motions, even shows recorded prog on pvr. When i try to play or even preview nothing happens. Or somtimes comes up hard drive full, gone through the menu delete hard drive thingy to no avail. gett'n realy fec'd off with it . help be 4 Mr Angry comes.

Flash your box using this>Digital Kaos - Downloads - UFL_EX5000PVR_24-02-09_DarX
When message "waiting for response from box" switch power to box OFF & ON and if will start download, making sure you select the correct COM port.
