Flashing th 5100

Can anyne help. Downloaded the UFL and got to the download box but then instead of getting it started it is coming up with com3... What does this mean. I have checked all cables and they are fine. Can someone point me in the right direction as I am new to this...... Thanks

U have to select the correct COM port as per your PC.
Go into device manager of PC and select COM port 3 then the download will work.
