hi ive just bought theEUROVOX 1000 EX1000SL CABLE BOX ive set it up and done a deep scan its found all the channels but its only letting me watch the free view channels i am on virgin media all the sky and other chanels are scrambled many thanks deano

Hello deansully and welcome to DK m8.
The channels u r getting are the "freeview" channels, which is normal on a new box.
What u need to do to view all the scrambled channels is update your box with the latest softwa*e.
Where are u based, in the UK or Ireland?
Then I can help u with what u need m8.

its a matter of choice m8 ,if you want something basic and easy to flash try the ex1000 sl .

Thanks for the download ive just bought the box downloaded firmware off bigmaq toolbar it got my box up and running but only if i manually put the keys in myself but this firmware as sorted it thanks very much.

Hi m8, your best option is to go here>Eurovox and read the red STICKY at top of page and it will explain everything you need to know.
