If they are clones then that may be the reason why and you will have to Jtag them.

no it came on at first and when i turn it off the red light came on and then it went off and stayed of

You can buy Jtag kit from here Tailor-Made Circuits when you get it the TSOP is here in downloads and we can help you sort them out.

But if you are in Ireland there is no clonesafe firmware and it may not be worth the time and effort as channels wont clear on old firmware.

There may be a silver heatsink on the main CPU. Look down through the top of the box you will see it in the middle of the board if present.

Although some clones do not have the heatsink so hard to tell.
