Have you checked your cable feed is ok. Check the f connectors and any splitters to make sure you have a solid feed into the box.
is your cable fee live ? Do you pay a sub if so is your cable box working ok.

Well i think you should pay minimum subs myself. That way you know the feed is live and you give a little for a lot in return.
