sorry i should have said im in dublin and that firmware in the sticky is up since nov 2008 , my box lost all channels over the 6 weeks ago so i dont think flashing with this firmware will make any difference, what do you think

As yet there is no fix. You may see another thread down the page where I have asked if and when there is a fix to post immediately.
There is a rumour that they are not bothering with a fix for the Max V and have concentrated on the later models which have a fix since Tuesday, but I strees this is only a rumour and I don't know on what it's based
We can only wait and see.
Fingers crossed and a few prayers might help

sorry m8 as you can see by the stickies the fixes are only for the newer boxes at the moment ,but dont give up on it i am sure someone will soon create one for the max v.

By the way, I was at the U2 gig onSaturday..What a show well worth seeing if you can
