I got mine from My Cable Box and revieved a first class service.Have had a few mates do the same and have had the same quick service.

Absolutely go for the ex7000hd. It upscales non hd as well. Has HDMI port also which is great, some boxes don't. Love mine, slightly dodgy epg aside. but on openmedia at present as awaiting fix for Ireland :-)
