Intermitant problem viewing channels?

Hi guys

I've had the ex 5000 for around a year now and it worked okay in my last house, moved about 4 months ago and since then the signal breaks up on occasion. The signal on the box shows good but the picture and audio start breaking up?

I have updated the latest s/w

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi m8 check all your connections are nice and tight and if your using a splitter try it without it
