    EX5100 PVR

I have searched the forum and cannot find a solution for setting my system up. I live on the edge of Bexleyheath and Erith (Kent) in an NTL / Virgin area and currently receive Virgin broadband and telephone, I have a virgin box which allows me to receive the free channels (which gives me confidence in the signal). I recently bought an EX1000 SL and without being able to resolve the set up, sent it back thinking the box was faulty, I have bought a 5100 PVR, but am experiencing exactly the same; I setup exactly as the forum details, setting the sym rate to 6.887 (I have also tried the other sym rates on the box 6887, 6952, etc), all 770 channels scan with varying displays of bar between green and red for level and quality. Throughout this process TP:000 is displayed across the screen. On completion of the scan no channels are displayed but the quality bar (red) flicks up and down with different signal values, I have left this but nothing happens from this point ? How can I resolve?? I am obviously doing something really stupid, I have ensured my coax is plugged into ?RF IN? I have re-flashed the box with the latest software, and well am about ready to through the towel in! Can anyone help!!!

Cheers m8 for responding, much appreciated, But just cracked it - I re, re-flashed the box and used 6957 (I think - anyway a frequency not listed for my area) and have now got all the channels - Cheers again.
