New Ire n2 problem with ex5000

I just downloaded the update UFLEX5000PVR_220709.exe to my box and when I initially connected it up, it just stayed in standby, now it won't even power up.
Not a clone

Any suggestions?

re flash it try with power off then switch it on when it says download

So basically the only way of knowing if when it dies after being flashed. Bummer!

There should be a reset button on main board inside box.Unplug box &
remove lid from box [you will violate 12 month warranty by breaking seal.
Press on reset button,plug in box,if no power press reset button again.
If your still in trouble try pressing reset when starting flash.

have a look through the slits on the top and see if there is a silver plate on top of the processor if there is then its a safe bet its a clone
