no signal, no transponder and no channels available

hiya i seem to have a problem with my eurovox max v, there is no signal, no channels available and no transponder, when i scan the eurovox, no channels come up, i also live in manchester

please can someone help me

Do you know and are you scanning on the correst provider, do you have a subscription to VM, have you checked all cables and connections?

yeah i have scanned it on the right provide which was 6952 and i have checked all the cables and connections

Aha aha aha answered everything there but the subscription, if you dont have one stick your cable in the back of the telly and see if you can tune channels 1-5 if you can box problems if you cant then you have either been cut off at the head, cut through the wire with the hedge trimmers (I've did that one) or stuck a shovel through it whilst digging the garden. But do the TV thing first see if theres a signal

i forgot to talk about the subscription, i do have subscription, got all the channels mate

I would reflash mate and try again, or factory reset and try that first!
