eurobox ex1000sl scrambled channels ??

hi just bought this eurovox ex1000sl scaned it and chanels come up but are scrambled can someone tell me where to either download or flash the box so it will unscramble th chanels i need to download the program that does this please help as i am a newbee to all this thanks
