my eurovox max v stop'd working

can some 1 help my eurovox stop'd working on friday gone i google a few things and found out i ould use ufl max v 18-04.09 but my box just keeps saying codes being updated ive left for hours still no joy pls some 1 help

don't know what you've put on your box but its the wrong one (suspect its 18/04/08 and not 09)

Seems like the wrong ufl that is loaded at the moment. Try a newer version and see if that works?????

I you had your channels before and they have now gone, grin and bear it they will come back. Sounds like you got the wrong firmware but me thinks this is the problem.
