eurovox max blue 2006 locked

Hi good people,

I have a eurovox max blue 2006, had it since september 2007 and had no problems with it. Then in May luckly afteroon the footy season had finished it stopped receiving channels. I have never done an update on it before, so since it went down i havent been bothered to sort it, but as the season is starting i want to get it sorted.

I have been reading many pages on here and seem lost with all the info. Before we get going i must say my remote had been playing up for a while before the box went down. So currently i turn the box on, the locked light is on and my remote is unresponsive (at least before i could bash it to make it work). The screen says "service unknown".

I would also like to be able to download the clone/real box comparision manual as well to help with identification of my box.

I am really lost as what to do with the box, so please please please Jim, can you fix it for me!

hello firstly you will have to find out if its a clone or not and then take it from there ,by picking which image you will need depending on what image you will need .

My Box

Hi all,

just checked and its got the green capacitors in it which is good. So a real blue box then. What should i do now?
