got nul modem cable conected via usb useing vista when i try and down load latest firmware says no com port avable any one else got this prob and how did they solve it
yea i got the same message, i flicked the power to the eurovox off and back on at the plug with null cable still contacted and it worked selected comm port 1 and it started downloading.
