help with eurovox max clone blue

hi i am new to this site can anyone help i have a eurovox max clone blue its stuck on channal 98 and wont move and its ble screen have i put wrong software in and were can i find wright one?? ow and remote wont work

Hi and welcome to DK

you have probably lost the scart output

disconnect your scart
connect some coax cable from the TV / VCR socket of the eurovox to the TV
tune your telly to the VCR channel where you will get the 'enter pin' screen
using your remote enter the master pin which is 1004.
go to menu and clear data, then do a factory reset.
plug your scart back in and do a powerscan as normal or you may have to reflash the box
if you have to reflash the box use the clonesafe firmware Digital Kaos - Downloads - Eurovox Blue Clonesafe UK Fix 011208

thanks for that got it tto there 4 pin number but remote wont work any other way of doing it ?

are you carefully pointing remote at the box
is your remote OK (have you checked it with the digital camera method)
you could also try reflashing it with the clonesafe firmware
